Like so many others in the Capital Region, I am excited and proud to have President Barack Obama here today to visit SUNY's College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering. The work being done at the College of Nanoscale Science, at the GlobalFoundries chip manufacturing plant and elsewhere throughout Tech Valley is critical to our economic and civic well-being.
